This Agriculture Machinery Parts raw material is QT400-18,we named plough,casting grade is 9-12.this casting parts include two parts:one is longer,one is shorter.
Before we only produced this parts by investment casting process(lost wax casting).but we find the longer part is easy to deformation,almost 70% parts are wasted.
Our technical department find way to solve this problem:we used two different casting process(sand casting and investment casting) to produce this item.
